Our contractors are employed solely by us for our projects. They work on rentals as well as flips for the business. The vast majority of PM companies contract outside their company and this wastes time, money, and energy… at the owners’ ultimate expense. If you go with us you won’t have to worry about repairs being forgotten about or being overcharged as we stand behind every repair we do.
2. We care about our owners as well as their tenants.
Every PM company can say this but very few actually do. Most will tell you whatever they think you want to hear to keep your business. Our goal is to make your investment as successful as possible but we also take the needs of your tenants into consideration. For example, if a tenant has a problem that does not adversely affect your property and is not our responsibility as per the lease we will do our very best to make it right with the tenant even if we don’t have to. This is because we understand this is a people business and, well, people deserve to be treated as people, not just cash-flowing investments.
