Great experience with Lott Management. Tiffany was fantastic to deal with. She made me feel very welcome and answered any of my questions. When I called the office, she even answered the phone by saying my name, which made me feel right at home. While I didn't end up renting the property available with Lott Management, I was actually considering the property even more because of the wonderful customer service I received. And Antonio was great showing me the property as well. Would recommend them to anyone! Very impressed!

Lott Management has been amazing to us! From the moment we called them to set up an appointment as property owners, their customer service has been amazing. They helped us through extremely difficult times and I will recommend them to anyone looking to rent their properties or find a place to live.

My wife and I lived in a LM rental property for more than two years, and we had a great experience. The staff is helpful and professional and they were responsive to the handful of requests we had during out time there. When we moved, the staff continued to be helpful, with good communication about returning security deposit. I recommend them as a trustworthy property management team.

Lott is a wonderful property management company to work with. We rented for 4 years with Lott and we couldn't be happier. They took care of us, gave us our privacy, and were extremely professional about home repairs and communication. After a terrible experience with our previous management company; Lott Management was refreshing and made us feel much more comfortable avoiding renting out our house while we were out of state. The previous company had allowed the tenants living in our house to do an absurd amount of damage to our home. Lott Management came in and fixed everything, using in-house contractors. They redid our floors, fixed door frames and windows that had been broken. Fixed our roof and gutters, all at a reasonable price. They kept an eye on our house for us and screened all potential tenants. We highly recommend Lott Management, both for renters, and landlords. They are responsive and professional.

Rented from Lott for almost five years. Moved bc we needed more space. Antonio and Misty always answered and were ready to help us if we needed it. We had no rental history and they took a chance on us. If u need a home come to Lott management they will treat you right ! This is also the only review I have ever Left and I'm doing it bc they keep it real !

The team at Lott Management continues to exceed my expectations. When I was searching for a property management company to over see my very first rental property I was very selective. I met with Zack and Misty, they were knowledgeable and extremely helpful! They went above and beyond to get my investment property leased ASAP. We’ve had almost a year of great success working together. I highly recommend the Team at Lott property management!

Lived in one of their apartments for two years and they were always great communicators and very quick and helpful when it came to fixing things around the apartment if it was needed. Small operation, but Misty and Antonio were great and anybody else working there, didn’t have any bad experiences!

Lott is a relatively small property management company, but as a tenant I found them to be responsive and personable whenever I had an issue or concern with the property. Even for unexpected or larger problems, they focused on results instead of trying to get out of taking care of me. I also liked their in-person leasing process. I found them to be one of the better companies to rent from in Greenville, which is an important distinction with how much the cost of living has risen in recent years.

Where do I start! As a homeowner from Michigan I would of never thought about moving 12 hours away and becoming a renter but when life throws you lemons you make lemonade right! Now to my review I’ve rented from Lott management for almost 5 wonderful months and by far I can say it’s been a wonderful experience from the maintenance to the office staff everyone has been very informative and very respectful as to my work schedule as a third shift worker to any maintenance issues that may arise. Rachel the property manager has been very wonderful and responsive and goes above and beyond to make sure the needs are met for the tenants side note/funny story when I first moved into my apartment I didn’t know the fuse box was outside back home in Michigan ours is inside the home so Rachel went on FaceTime with me to try and help me figure out where it was a lot of people who is avid renters has told me that their property management would never do that so kudos to you Rachel! I’ve had a brief moment with the office manager Misty again like Rachel she was very professional and informed me about a couple places to get good food again im new to South Carolina so that was great just over all this company is more then a management company their treat you like a family which is very nice so thank you all and definitely will be renewing my lease when it comes I couldn’t ask for a better rental management company

When I bought a duplex, Ryan on Lott Management’s renovation team jumped on the work that needed to be done and was easy to work with. Misty in the office made the onboarding of the property so easy and their communication has been great as they quickly found a tenant and took this off my plate. I love that they do repairs in house so issues are resolved quickly and tenants stay happy.

I would reccomend them to anyone.. they have worked with me in my time of need and are very understanding.. when i gave up and lost hope they helped me find a way..they are great people not sure why they have negative reviews but they're great people.. i hope to continue to be there tenant.. rent from them promise you wont be disappointed. Tiffany and the rest of the team are great , applied for the home and got approved, found 2 issues after moving in and they were resolved very fast, the maintenance jim was super professional and actually cared about his work, coming from my previous residence the maintenance guy did not know what he doing or even cared. I’m super happy I rented from this company and would recommend to any of my friends and family looking for a property management to rent from!

I moved back to the area and have been looking for a home for several months. I have talked to several management companies and have found many of them practicing some questionable ways, such as taking up to 20 applications on a property with large application fees, processing all the apps and then picking which person to rent to. So it doesn't matter who applies first and everyone else looses their application fees because they "processed the application". Also many are misadvertising the listing. I have found that the ONLY management company I've come across so far that is fair and honest is Lott Management. I refer everyone to them and I'm looking forward to doing business with them.

Lott Management handled a property for me for several years. They were extremely responsive, well organized and very thorough in the documentation I needed for tax purposes. Even several months after I sold the property and needed some documentation they responded right away. Would absolutely use them again in the future.
