We will send out a comprehensive report on your rental property that includes the amount we expect to collect, the amount we collected, repairs or other expenses, our management fee of 10% of the amount collected, and then the final amount that will be sent to you. Our report is comprehensive, accurate, and easy to read which will make working with us a breeze!
