Misty is our incredible office administrator. We could not be more thankful for her abilities and dedication to the team! She is an advocate for our tenants, as well as our investors, and Lott Management as a whole! Her strong work ethic combined with her good sense of humor sets a great example for the entire staff but also makes our office a great place to work. Misty is an incredible teacher and has tirelessly trained our entire staff. As a "foodie" she is always trying new restaurants, so if you are looking for a great place to eat in Greenville, give her a call! She is always willing to stop and take a moment to help staff, tenants, and investors. With over a decade of experience running software and managing teams, she is the perfect fit to keep our ship running smoothly. She has her property management license as well, so she is able to answer any questions you may have about rentals and how we manage them. We are thankful she shares the same strive for excellence that we pursue as a company!

Rachel is the newest member of our team and we are excited about the help she has brought! Her smile and laugh bring a bit of sunshine to our office. She is our in-office point of contact for our tenants. She is also an administrative assistant to Dan Lott, dealing with renovations, repairs, and all things organization! In her role, she will serve to help our company continue to grow and help us provide excellent customer service, organization, and details to our investors and tenants. Dan Lott has been in residential construction and renovation for 25 years. As a licensed contractor and realtor, he enjoys the process of problem-solving, acquisition, and property management. He is your greatest resource for making your investment work harder!

Caroline Lott is the Operations Manager for Lott Management. She loves West Greenville and enjoys helping those who live and invest there, by working on community development with the local residents, Greenville County Sheriff's Office, Parker District Fire Department, and county officials.
